It reminds me of once in America when I went on a picnic with some friends. I volunteered to wash the dishes in the lake near by, but they didn’t allow me to do that.

No. On the contrary, they were afraid that the dishes would make the lake unclean.
เปล่า, ตรงข้ามเขากลัวว่าถ้วยชามจะไปทำให้นํ้าไม่สะอาดต่างหาก
I see. They take responsibility to keep the place clean, I understand.
